E-bill
Our new E-bill gives you the ability to instantly view information about your bill from your home, office or any place you have internet access. It also allows you to view past and present account information, enter meter readings and pay your bill by credit/debit card or e-check, all through our secure website.
Paying your bill
There are numerous ways in which you can pay your bill each month. You do
not have to pay your bill at the time you receive e-mail notification, just
as long as your payment reaches us by the due date. Many customers do however,
find it helpful to pay their bill right away, so they don't forget or delete
the e-bill message.
Payments can be made online through the e-bill system, by e-check, credit card or debit card. We will accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover. Just because you receive an e-bill, does not mean that you have to pay your bill online. You may also mail in your payment, drop it off at one of our drop-boxes or phone us with your payment information.
What if I have more than one Perennial account?
When you log onto e-bill, all of your active accounts will show up at once,
giving you the option to pay as many as you choose.
Budget Billing/Recurring Credit Card /Bank Draft
If you currently utilize budget billing, Recurring Credit Card or Bank Draft,
you can still do so with e-bill. By viewing the bill, you will be able to
see the actual detailed information.
Recurring Credit Card - These
accounts are processed on the day they are due or the following day.
Bank Draft - These accounts are processed one business day before the due
date.
Will I still receive a paper bill in the mail?
No, As long as you are signed up for e-bill, you will only receive an electronic bill. If you want to retain a copy of your bill for your records, you can simply print one from your online e-bill account.
How will I know when my bill is due?
Your billing date will not change when you sign up for e-bill. Instead of
receiving a paper bill in the mail, you will receive an e-mail. The e-mail will
state that your bill is avaialble to be viewed.
Is E-bill secure?
Yes, we have taken numerous steps to make sure your information is kept secure and private.
