Signing up for service

If you are planning to begin service with Perennial, you can stop and fill out an application at our office or download and print one from our Forms and Contracts page. You will need the latest version of Adobe Reader to view our forms.

Meter Deposits
Perennial requires a $150 meter deposit if you rent your home. This deposit may be waived if you provide a letter of good credit from your previous electric supplier. The letter of credit must be supplied at the time of application to be considered. The deposit may also be waived if you provide a co-signer who also has a good credit standing.

Automatic Bank Draft
Perennial offers Automatic Bank Draft service for those who wish to have their bills automatically paid from their bank account each month. You can download an Automatic Bank Draft form here or fill one out at our office.
